One night he told Carmella he has to end things otherwise his family will cut him off. She was devastated and obviously heartbroken. A few days later she found out she was pregnant and she rushed off to tell her ex-lover. He did not take the news well at all and was scared how his wife and his family (and everybody else) would react if news of his affair and illegitimate child would get out. He eventually told his family and they agreed not to cut him off if he swore to never see Carmella or his future child ever again. He ultimately agreed and he and his family paid her off.
Eight months later Carmella gave birth to fraternal twin girls Isabella (Izzy) and Daniella (Dani) and raised them as a single mother.
Our story picks up 20 years later after Carmella and her girls have moved to San Myshuno unaware that their absent father isn’t that far away from them...

Backstory
Carmella Milano, blessed with beautiful Italian looks and a very loveable personality has had a very hard life although not many would believe it. As a young adult she fell in love with a married man and they embarked on a secret and sordid affair. This man in question is from a very wealthy and prestigious family. The relationship did not last for too long as the man’s family found out and ordered him to break it off.
